About

A Waterloo native, I found my interest in physical and functional medicine while earning my science degree at UNI. I went on to Palmer Chiropractic University and later pursued post-doctoral studies at National Health Sciences University, becoming board-certified in physiotherapy and a diplomate in chiropractic orthopedics. As a non-practicing EMT, I gained valuable emergency experience. My background as a team physician for the Olympics gave me first-hand knowledge treating athletic injuries and guiding patients through rehabilitation.

In my practice today, I specialize in common musculoskeletal conditions - shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and feets - as well as headaches. Drawing upon my studies in nutrition, I often recommend lifestyle changes and applied diet modifications customized to each patient. As a Waterloo native myself, I feel connected to this community and passionate about helping my neighbors achieve their health goals. I bring both expertise and empathy to each patient encounter.
